We have tried to keep our terms and conditions as simple as possible. They are there to reassure you that we will deliver what we say we will, when we say we will.

1. All orders placed are subject to current availability and purchases will only be processed when theartagency.co.uk have checked that work is available. The order is then subject to clearance of cheques and authorisation of credit card details.

2. We can accept payment via personal cheque, credit or debit cards or bankers draft/money order made payable to theartagency.co.uk.

3. Delivery charges usually are £40 for the UK. Delivery outside the UK and for larger and more fragile pieces can be arranged and will be quoted for on an individual basis. All delivery rates and arrangements published are subject to theartagency.co.uk checking that our normal carriage arrangements are applicable for each purchase. Any amendments to these arrangements will be communicated to the purchaser and their approval sought before the purchase is processed.

4. Where appropriate all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

5. In the event of loss or damage to works in transit to the customer, and upon confirmation of that fact, the contract of sale shall terminate and theartagency.co.uk shall refund the price paid and carriage paid by the customer. In this instance please retain all packaging as the courier may need sight of it.

6. We endeavour to show all the artwork as accurately as possible on the website but occasionally they may not be quite as a customer envisaged or the colour may vary slightly. We want all clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and our service and to give peace of mind we are offering a 7 day money back guarantee or cooling off period. The customer may return works and seek a full refund of the purchase price paid excluding carriage costs provided theartagency.co.uk is informed within 7 days of the customer taking delivery of the work. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging. Return carriage costs and arrangements to the artist in such cases is the responsibility of the customer although we will provide contact details of our recommended courier.

7. The copyright of an image remains with the artist and no third party may reproduce these images.

8. Theartagency.co.uk gift vouchers are without any expiry date.

9. Offline browsers i.e. software that can make a local copy of a website, are forbidden from use.

10. We conform to the data protection act. Your details are processed solely with regard to your enquiry or purchase and are not passed on to any third party.

11. Our terms and conditions of sale and all other matters concerning the ‘theartagency.co.uk’ website are subject to the law of England where jurisdiction shall fall.
