Graham has always had a keen interest in nature and all its moods, especially landscapes. The atmosphere and effects of light, the changing tones and moods, colours and textures are a never-ending source of inspiration. The influence of Turner and the early french impressionists - particularly Van Gogh and Monet - have been clearly visible in Graham's earlier work and have been inspired by style Dorset's Jurassic coastline and Exmoor National Park.
